Who We Are 

Vital Events Enterprise, a brand of Mabelis Global Enterprise Limited, represents authentic East African cuisine, professional hospitality and culinary experiences that bring people together. Our team blends traditional culinary knowledge with professional service, offering full catering, mobile kitchen setups and interactive cooking classes designed to promote cross-cultural exchange and enrich community engagement.   

With culinary roots in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi, we prioritize fresh ingredients, authentic flavors and meticulous craftsmanship. Whether for corporate events, festivals or private celebrations, we bring the richness of East African cuisine to every place where people gather to enjoy, celebrate and connect.

Authentic Roots. Intuitive Cooking. – The Story of Tracy & Dorcas 

The story of Vital Events Enterprise is deeply rooted in the culture of the Luo - one of Kenya’s largest ethnic communities, where hospitality and serving guests with care are expressions of respect and togetherness.    

Tracy was introduced to cooking by her mother at an early age, even though she originally wanted to become a doctor. But life had other plans for Tracy. She did not become a doctor; instead, her journey led her to Germany, where she works in the social sector while continuously refining and professionalizing her passion for East African cuisine. The intuitive understanding of flavor she developed in her childhood has become one of her strongest culinary assets.    

Dorcas brings an equally formative background. As a young girl, she often prepared meals for her family while her mother, a teacher, was still at work. She later assisted her cousin in Nairobi, who ran a catering business, where she learned the craft from the ground up – cooking, serving, and selling. She now lives in Germany, works in the health sector, and combines her professional career with a steadily growing body of culinary expertise that she has built over many years.    

The turning point came during a festival in Cologne. Tracy was seven months pregnant at the time and both women were disappointed by the food served. In that moment, they looked at each other and said: “We can do this better.”    

This was the beginning of Vital Events Enterprise and the start of a culinary journey shaped by intuition, tradition and passion. Today, Tracy and Dorcas cook side by side – without recipes, without measuring, without constant tasting, guided instead by experience, cultural heritage, and an instinctive understanding of flavour. This intuitive, authentic way of cooking has become their signature. Their dishes are created exactly as they are meant to be – honest, flavourful, rooted in tradition, and full of passion. And it is precisely this authentic approach that makes Vital Events Enterprise unique and successful.
